LCMC - is an association of congregations. We have a great respect for the reality that the church is where the people of God gather together around Word and Sacrament. The local congregation is where the church becomes a concrete reality for God's people.

ILT (Institute of Lutheran Theology)- The Lutheran church has been thought by many to be the sleeping giant of Christianity -- its laity unable to express publicly what they believe. As part of its commitment to evangelism, this Fall ILT is offering a course in our Word at Work lay education series to equip Lutherans with an understanding of apologetics for the Christian layman.

The Augustana District is a non-geographic district in Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC) emphasizing classic Lutheran theology and providing services to congregations and pastors. We are bound together by a Statement of Faith which rigorously binds us to the Holy Scriptures, the Augsburg Confession, the Smalcald Articles, and the other writings of the Book of Concord. We invite you to learn about us and join us!

The Disciple Ship - Vast numbers of people in both the United States and Canada either simply don't know Jesus Christ or have "moved on" to follow heresies or have dropped religion entirely. These two countries, not that long ago, could easily claim to be Christian. No more. And it shows. A day cannot go by wherein you see ample evidence of a large segment of society conducting themselves in such a manner as to make make even the religious wonder, "where is God?" It is the job of The Disciple Ship and other orthodox, Gospel-related agencies and ministries to alert these masses that God has indeed not "gone anywhere."
